Trip Rates and Policies

Trip information

With all that we do for you their re only a few things you do have to bring:
  • Rain pants and rain coat.
  • Waterproof boots or shoes.
  • Dress in layers .... we can have four different seasons in a day here.
  • Camera ... check for film and battery condition too!
  • Lunch: We bring coffee, and bottled water.
  • Cost is $165 per-person; Includes a one day fishing and tax. Corporate Rates are available.
Just a note: Please leave all your tackle, rods, gear etc.. home. I have purchased the best, balanced, matching, top of the line gear that money can buy and know it works very well for landing the big ones.
MEGABITES BOOKING AND PRICING:
  • It is highly advisable to book as early in advance as possible. Suggested four to eight weeks.
  • A day trip of at least eight hours is with a two person minimum and a six person maximum. In my boat, the cost is $165 per person including fishing license, and sales tax.
  • Trips of larger groups can be accommodated with prior notice. Please note, the above discount only applies to people in my boat.
  • A 50% deposit per-person, is required at time of booking with Visa, Master Card or Discover.
  • For your conveniece, if you choose, you can pay in full with your Visa, Master Card or Discover at time of booking.
  • Balance is paid in full, prior to boarding, in cash.
  • Sorry we do not accept Travel's Checks, personal checks or American Express.

    

THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF MEGABITES FISHING GUIDE SERVICE L.L.C. IS AS FOLLOWS:
  • MegaBites will refund deposits only if client cancels 10 business days prior to scheduled trip.This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
  • Within 10 days of the trip, MegaBites will, to our best ability, try to reschedule the client/clients to the most convenient date.
  • MegaBites has the right to cancel any and all trips due to inclement weather, flooding, fire, etc. or emergency fishing closures set by the State of Washington and Oregon, or any other safety issue it deems necessary.
  • If such a cancellation is necessary by MegaBites, MegaBites will give the client's the choice to rebook the trip or receive a full refund of their deposit.
  • MegaBites will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred by the client, other than the deposit, in the event of a cancellation.
